You have 2+ years of software development or technical support experience, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and debug technical systems. Your experience includes working with Unix and scripting in modern programming languages, which allows you to adapt quickly to new technical concepts. You are a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you possess strong written and oral communication skills. You can handle ambiguity and work with minimal supervision, making you a reliable team member.
You have a solid understanding of web services, distributed systems, and web application development. Your familiarity with technologies such as REST web services, XML, and JSON enables you to effectively support enterprise-wide implementations of web and SaaS applications. You are enthusiastic about innovation and customer experience, always looking for ways to improve processes and solutions.
Experience with hardware and software RAID troubleshooting is a plus, as is knowledge of tools like Laserfiche ECM and Concur. Familiarity with in-house custom developed applications across various platform stacks will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team.
