Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in commercial law to join our dynamic legal team in the digital advertising industry. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support business operations across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting & Negotiation:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including media buying agreements, client service agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing contracts
- Ensure contracts align with company policies, industry standards.
Dispute Resolution & Litigation Management:
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, including client claims, vendor disputes, and employment-related matters.
- Liaise with external counsel when necessary and oversee litigation strategies.
Corporate Governance:
- Support corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings, the company secretary, and the relationship with shareholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across different jurisdictions (MENAT).
Risk Management & Advisory:
- Identify legal risks associated with business operations and provide proactive solutions.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues affecting business operations and strategic initiatives.
