Forethought is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to build programs that engage, retain, and grow their customer base. You'll work with Salesforce and data analysis to drive customer engagement and advocacy. This role requires experience in customer marketing and lifecycle management.
You have a strong background in customer marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in building and executing customer engagement programs. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience using tools like Salesforce to analyze customer data and drive engagement strategies. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to unify customer engagement efforts. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that customer needs are met and that programs are aligned with business goals. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and are eager to drive positive change within the organization.
Experience in managing customer lifecycle campaigns and a proven track record of increasing customer retention and advocacy would be a plus. Familiarity with automated marketing tools and customer communication platforms will help you succeed in this role.
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the development and execution of customer lifecycle programs that span onboarding, adoption, renewal, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives. You will partner with the customer support team to operationalize communications and reminders that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve designing event-triggered campaigns based on product signals and customer data, ensuring timely and relevant communications. You will also be responsible for creating and managing customer newsletters and product update announcements to keep customers informed and engaged. Additionally, you will support and potentially lead customer-facing webinars and events that foster community and advocacy among customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving revenue impact by identifying and activating expansion moments at key lifecycle intervals.
