Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or have equivalent practical experience. With at least 1 year of experience in program or project management, you have a solid foundation in managing complex projects. Your background includes experience with data center or networking deployments, and you are familiar with data analytics tools and reporting platforms. You understand the importance of vendor management and have experience in network planning and engineering, particularly in complex environments. You are comfortable communicating with both technical teams and executives, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, focusing on networking and data center deployments. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan project requirements, identify potential risks, and manage schedules effectively. Your role will involve overseeing the physical infrastructure deployments and proactively managing risks to ensure project objectives are met. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to govern programs and drive decision-making among stakeholders. Building trusted relationships with program stakeholders is crucial, as you will manage their expectations and provide them with the insights they need to make informed decisions. You will also anticipate change management requirements and ensure that all program stakeholders are prepared for any necessary adjustments.
