Verkada is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing and demand generation efforts for their Global business line. You'll work closely with sales leadership to build pipeline and market credibility. This role requires a strong background in marketing strategy and execution.
You have a proven track record in field marketing, particularly within the technology sector, and possess a deep understanding of how to engage Fortune 500 companies. Your experience includes developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and build brand credibility. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to inform your strategies, ensuring that your marketing initiatives resonate with target audiences.

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy for Verkada's Global business line. This includes defining the strategic direction and executing marketing initiatives that drive demand and build a robust pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, acting as the 'pipeline czar' for your aligned segment. Your role will involve developing targeted campaigns that resonate with Fortune 500 companies, leveraging your understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
You will be responsible for creating and managing a variety of marketing programs, including events, digital marketing campaigns, and content marketing initiatives. Your ability to analyze data and measure the effectiveness of these programs will be crucial in refining strategies and demonstrating ROI. You will also work on building market credibility through thought leadership and establishing Verkada as a trusted partner in physical security.
In this role, you will be expected to be on-site at the San Mateo office five days a week, contributing to a thriving in-office culture. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Global business line, with the potential to create millions of dollars in pipeline from the largest companies in the world.
