CI&T is seeking a Lead Software Architect to design and evolve scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions for clients in the education sector. You'll leverage your expertise in Java and React to guide development teams and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
You have a strong background in software architecture and engineering, with a focus on creating scalable and secure technology solutions. Your experience includes making strategic technical decisions and guiding development teams to align with business objectives. You are a collaborative individual who communicates effectively, translating complex technical challenges into valuable solutions. You have a keen interest in learning new frameworks and technologies, which keeps you at the forefront of industry trends. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in Java and React, enabling you to contribute to discussions around design and architecture effectively. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with a commitment to being present in the office once a week in São Paulo.
In this role, you will act as a technical reference and architect for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals. You will participate in design and architecture discussions, proposing robust and sustainable technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include structuring technical backlogs, supporting the refinement of stories, and guiding the team in strategic decisions. You will ensure that solutions comply with best practices in security, performance, and scalability. Additionally, you will create and maintain technical and design documentation as needed by the client.
