Checkr is seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Sales to drive growth in their Enterprise segment. You'll manage a team of Account Executives and develop strategic relationships across various teams. This role requires strong leadership and sales strategy skills.
You have over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly within the enterprise segment, and have a proven track record of driving growth and managing high-performing teams. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of collaboration and customer-centricity. You are adept at building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and understand the nuances of navigating complex sales processes. You thrive in environments where you can coach and develop team members, helping them achieve their targets while also pushing the organization towards its broader goals.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, particularly with companies that focus on data platforms or compliance solutions. Familiarity with sales processes and strategies that cater to large enterprises will set you apart. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and can adapt your approach based on market trends and customer feedback.
As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales at Checkr, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Mid Market and Enterprise Account Executives. Your primary goal will be to secure rapid growth within the Enterprise segment, focusing on companies with 5,000 to 100,000 employees. You will coach your team on best practices for engaging with enterprise clients, refining sales strategies, and identifying key opportunities for expansion. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to align your team's efforts with the company's overall objectives.
You will also be tasked with developing and establishing strategic relationships with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and revenue operations teams. This collaboration will be crucial in refining sales processes and ensuring that your team has the resources they need to succeed. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using this information to adjust your strategies and drive better results.
In addition to managing your team, you will be responsible for pushing the organization into new enterprise markets by identifying outbound targets and leveraging inbound demand. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement, ensuring that your team is not only meeting but exceeding their sales targets.
