Celonis is seeking an Associate Business Development Representative to identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities. You'll engage with strategic accounts and support Account Executives in the UKI market. This role requires a BA/BS and experience in business development or sales.
You are a recent graduate with a BA/BS from a top university or equivalent, eager to start your career in business development. You have some experience in business development, sales, or a related field, whether through full-time roles or relevant internships. You possess strong multitasking abilities, can prioritize effectively, and manage your time efficiently. You are proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ready to take the initiative in driving sales growth.
In this role, you will be part of the Celonis business development team, which acts as the engine of the company's growth. Your main focus will be to identify, develop, and create new enterprise business opportunities for 1-3 Account Executives in specific territories throughout the UKI market. You will prospect into strategic business accounts using cold calls, emails, and social strategies to drive sales growth and pipeline. Your responsibilities will include setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintaining an organized annual book of business. As a subject matter expert, you will evangelize the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments and influence company revenue.
