Equip Health is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to manage logistics and execution for regional conferences. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong project management skills.
You have experience in event marketing and project management, with a proven track record of executing successful events. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that all aspects of an event are executed flawlessly. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with various teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and objectives. You are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space and are committed to promoting access to treatment for those with eating disorders.
Experience in the healthcare industry or with non-profit organizations is a plus. Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fully remote work environment, contributing positively to team culture and collaboration.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics of Equip’s presence at external regional conferences. This includes contracting with vendors, setting goals for each event, and reporting on outcomes to measure success. You will work closely with the Commercial, Research, and Clinical teams to ensure that Equip’s messaging is consistent and impactful. Your project management skills will be essential as you coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that all details are covered, from booth design to promotional materials. You will also be involved in post-event analysis to assess the effectiveness of each conference and identify areas for improvement.
