Laurel is seeking a Head of Community to lead their events strategy and build community engagement. You'll work closely with marketing and sales to create impactful experiences. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You have a strong background in community engagement and event strategy, ideally with experience in the tech or professional services sectors. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for community members. Your strategic mindset allows you to design initiatives that align with business goals while respecting the time and contributions of participants. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive community growth and engagement. You are passionate about transforming how people work and are excited about the potential of AI in enhancing productivity.
Experience in launching customer advisory boards or similar initiatives would be a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in professional services can help you connect with the community effectively. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to enhance community engagement strategies.
In this role, you will own the events strategy for Laurel, designing high-impact experiences that foster community engagement and accelerate enterprise pipeline. You will launch and manage the Customer Advisory Board, ensuring it serves as a valuable platform for feedback and collaboration. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to align community initiatives with broader marketing strategies. Your hands-on approach will involve organizing events, workshops, and other community-building activities that resonate with attendees. You will also gather insights from community interactions to inform future strategies and initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in creating a vibrant community that supports Laurel's mission of redefining productivity in the knowledge economy.
