Pushpay is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead teams in delivering mobile apps and management software. You'll work closely with Software Engineers, SREs, and Product Managers in a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong leadership and a passion for innovation.
You have a strong background in engineering management, with experience leading diverse teams in a software development environment. You understand the importance of collaboration and communication, and you thrive in a setting where you can mentor and develop your team members. You have applicable tertiary qualifications that complement your experience in managing engineering teams.
Experience in SaaS environments is a plus, as is familiarity with mobile app development. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and understand the nuances of remote team dynamics.
