Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead video data measurement and analytics initiatives. You'll work with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and various marketing measurement techniques. This role requires 8 years of experience in media measurement and analytics.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 8 years of experience in media measurement and analytics, ideally from an agency, advertiser, publisher, or consultancy, with a strong focus on video, streaming, or social media. Your background includes expertise in first-party and third-party marketing measurement techniques, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), experiments, attribution, and incrementality. You understand the measurement requirements and timelines associated with the agency landscape and the media planning and buying cycle, allowing you to navigate complex environments effectively.

You have experience owning executive research, analytics, and measurement relationships at an agency or advertiser, showcasing your ability to build and maintain meaningful partnerships. Familiarity with big data and data warehousing solutions, including Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and Data Management Platforms (DMPs), is essential for your role. You possess a solid understanding of Google’s measurement and planning products and services, including Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, and Google Cloud.

Your knowledge extends to the YouTube creator ecosystem and the broader video, streaming, and social media marketing landscape. You excel in collaboration, building fruitful relationships with stakeholders, and driving the adoption of measurement solutions. You are committed to maximizing customer success and have a passion for sales and online media.

What you'll do
