What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Kalepa, you will lead the design process for our AI Underwriting Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions. You will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your ideas and vision. You will work closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently, providing guidance and support throughout the development process. You will also participate in design reviews, sharing your work with the team and incorporating feedback to refine your designs. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our design processes and methodologies.
