You have a strong background in creative strategy, with at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in video campaigns. You possess sharp strategic judgment and creative flair, enabling you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret performance data effectively and derive actionable insights. You are a natural leader, capable of directing teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life. You understand the nuances of user acquisition and are adept at leveraging data to inform your creative decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving results through innovative marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns across social platforms, ensuring that each campaign captures attention and drives results. You will analyze performance data, including CTR, CR, ROAS, and engagement metrics, to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Writing sharp creative briefs will be a key responsibility, translating insights into clear direction for designers, writers, and video editors. You will partner closely with user acquisition and growth teams to test hypotheses and scale what performs best. Your role will involve continuous iteration and optimization of campaigns based on data-driven insights, ensuring that Flo Health remains at the forefront of the health and fitness app market. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
