Ring is actively seeking a Finance Manager to provide financial support the company’s operations, subscriptions, and business development efforts. You will work on a team that partners with Ring subscriptions and operations business teams to help them understand and manage their budgets and forecasts, quantify profitability of subscription business initiatives and oversee business trends and impact on Ring financials. You will completely own business revenue and costs forecasts and multiple automation initiatives to enhance current processes. You will also deliver insightful financial analyses and reports to internal and external business partners and work closely with the leadership team. You will deliver ad hoc financial analysis on business development initiatives. You will get as much responsibility as you demonstrate you can handle!

Key job responsibilities
• Provide visibility to Ring's P&L, including Subscription Revenue, Bill of Material (BOM), and other cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Work with the finance team to maintain updated forecasts and identify and communicate areas for improvement in the processes.
• Assist in automation efforts and implementation of new financial tools.
• Work with cross functional teams (Subscriptions, Logistics, Procurement, operations, Accounting, PM, Reverse Logistics, etc.) to manage their financial goals and drive efficiency and productivity
• Recommend, implement and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance
• Assist in the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to determine key drivers impacting the company’s performance
• Aid in various ad-hoc financial analyses and projects- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL or VBA skills- MBA
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
