Your leadership will be crucial in aligning post-sales strategy and execution with internal partners, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
You will actively participate in customer-facing engagements, including escalations and strategic reviews, to foster strong relationships and drive product adoption. Your role will involve leading account strategy discussions, focusing on how to maximize the value customers derive from Datadog's platform. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, helping them navigate challenges and develop their skills in technical account management.
