Job Description

Are you interested in creating the future of shipping? Do you want to create the operating model to scale an emerging Amazon initiative across India?
Our team is changing the way we interact with customers around the globe. We are building a new, emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. We need program managers with tactical operations experience, a penchant for process deployment, excellent communication cross functionally, and project tracking with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Help nurture and grow the DSP program to be preferred choice for service providers across the country and continually delight them with process and product interventions. As the Delivery Service Provider Experience and Engagement lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end experience for our network of delivery service providers (DSPs). This includes understanding current sentiment trends, managing ongoing engagements, and continuously improving the processes and tools to support an optimal delivery experience.

• Extract, Transform and Load data to build new reporting solutions.
• Manage the local data infra-structure, as well as work with Global teams to assure data is consistent and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories
• Automation of manual data processes, including data quality and validation
• Ability to earn trust among widely differing stakeholders of different roles, responsibilities, geographical location, and, culture.


Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.
• Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon’s data resources and know how, when, and which to use.
• Design and create the reports and metrics for tracking business and product success.
• Build self-service reporting platforms, establishing automated processes for large scale data analyzes.
• Understand and write high quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Extract, Transform and Load data to build new reporting solutions.
• Manage the local data infra-structure, as well as work with Global teams to assure data is consistent and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories
• Automation of manual data processes, including data quality and validation
• Ability to earn trust among widely differing stakeholders of different roles, responsibilities, geographical location, and, culture.
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Excel- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
