Position Summary:

Trulioo is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of our AI/ML Platform strategy.

Reporting to the Director of Product - DocV & Machine Learning, this is a pivotal individual contributor (IC) role where you’ll work cross-functionally to define the roadmap, guide execution, and deliver scalable AI/ML capabilities to customers and internal teams.

This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver or San Diego, California with three in-office days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML deployment—from procuring training data and collaborating with the ML team on model evaluation, to identifying dependencies, coordinating with Design and Engineering on deployment, and driving post-deployment monitoring and evaluation.
Own and maintain governance documentation and AI/ML process documentation to support internal teams, customers, and RFPs.
Define the critical features and own the roadmap for bringing high-scale, high-performance AI/ML to Trulioo customers and internally.
Your cross-team collaboration skills will enable those improvements to be conceptualized and delivered to drive meaningful and impactful business outcomes.
Translate customer value and business imperatives into actionable technical requirements, collaborating across execution teams to ensure insights and inputs shape the entire product lifecycle.
Act as the subject matter & technical expert on ML Models for internal and external stakeholders.
Drive accountability for achieving product quality, incremental delivery, and measurable customer value.
Engage directly with customers, sales, product, marketing, and engineering across the product lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Define product specifications, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria independently and in collaboration with engineering, product management, and documentation teams.
Partner with Engineering, ML, and release teams to plan, drive, and execute release cycles.
Work with Product Marketing to create content, simplifying and communicating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure products meet security, regulatory, and financial standards.

You have:

5+ years of product management experience in FinTech, RegTech, Payments, or Financial Services, with a focus on KYB, identity verification, or onboarding.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, ML Ops practices, and AI/ML Governance.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Strong sense of empathy to care deeply about customer problems and the user experience.
Analytical thinking skills and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate sophisticated technical products and features into simple concepts and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Transparency

To provide greater transparency to candidates we share the base pay ranges for all US-based job postings. We set standard base pay rates for all roles based on function, level and location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. The anticipated base salary range for this position is meant to reflect an expected salary range is for California residents and is based upon market data and other factors, all which are subject to change. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to location, skills, depth of work experience and/or relevant licensing/credentials.

California Pay Range

$125,000—$175,000 USD
