Uber is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Strategic Verticals to manage a portfolio of strategic advertisers in Germany. You'll drive adoption and performance across Uber Ads solutions, requiring 7+ years of sales experience in digital advertising.
You have over 7 years of full-time, end-to-end sales experience with enterprise or large customers in digital advertising — you've successfully sold advertising solutions to complex enterprise brands and organizations. Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, enabling you to build and close new business partnerships. With a hunter mindset, you leverage data to identify opportunities and influence key decision-makers. Your exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills make you a valuable asset in any team. You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating high speed and resourcefulness.
In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic advertisers in Germany, driving adoption and performance across Uber Ads solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel media strategies and achieve joint business plan (JBP) goals. Leading the end-to-end sales process, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding clients to exceed quarterly revenue targets. You will provide data-driven consultative guidance to clients using campaign insights, measurement tools, and industry trends. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices, pitch materials, and sales playbooks to support the broader EMEA Ads Sales organization as Uber Ads scales in Germany.
