Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair vehicle panels using advanced techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR), demonstrating your ability to access panels and effectively use glue-pulling techniques. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and team members alike.
As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your role will involve assessing damage, determining the best repair techniques, and executing repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and support your career growth within the company.
