What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Core Planning team within GitLab's Plan stage, focusing on reimagining how development teams organize, coordinate, and plan their work at an enterprise scale. You will identify and address the challenges of fragmented planning processes, ensuring that teams can connect their daily work to broader business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include defining the product vision and strategy, conducting user research to gather insights, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will also be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of product initiatives. As a Senior Product Manager, you will mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will engage with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value to users.
