Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Change Enablement and Standardization function, driving operational excellence through standardized processes, change management, and continuous improvement across our retail network. This strategic role will establish and embed consistent ways of working while successfully delivering a portfolio of transformational changes and product implementations.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive standardization while managing complex change initiatives and product implementations across a retail network. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to build sustainable change capability within the organization while delivering measurable improvements in operational performance and successful product launches. They will be passionate about creating consistency and excellence in operations while effectively managing stakeholder relationships at all levels.


Key job responsibilities
Change Enablement & Portfolio Management:
• Develop and execute the organization's change enablement strategy
• Manage a portfolio of business change initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization and delivery
• Build change management capability across the business
• Create frameworks and tools to support successful change implementation
• Assess change impact and readiness across store locations
• Track benefits realization and ROI for major change initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams

Product Management:
• Drive the execution of the product roadmap in-store
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends
• Prioritize features and capabilities based on business value and customer impact
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and store operations teams on product launches
• Ensure successful implementation of new products and technologies across stores
• Lead user acceptance testing and feedback collection
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics post-launch

Standardization & Process Excellence:
• Lead the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures
• Establish governance frameworks for process adherence
• Drive continuous improvement programs across the store network
• Design and implement performance measurement systems
• Create mechanisms for sharing best practices across locations
• Develop standard operating models for new store openings
• Monitor and report on standardization compliance

Team Leadership & Capability Building:
• Build and lead a team of change management and process improvement specialists
• Develop training programs and materials to support change initiatives
• Create change champion networks across store locations
• Coach leaders and teams through transformation
• Establish centers of excellence for key operational processes
• Mentor and develop team members
- 12+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives
