What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of events, including executive dinners, developer meetups, and tradeshows — you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of these events, ensuring they align with LangChain's marketing strategy and objectives. You will work closely with the field marketing team to develop a comprehensive event roadmap that supports pipeline generation and enhances customer engagement.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to create compelling event content and experiences that resonate with attendees — your role will involve coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring that all aspects of the events are executed flawlessly. You will also analyze event performance metrics to assess the impact of each event on pipeline generation and customer engagement, using this data to inform future event strategies.

You will be the face of LangChain at various events, representing the company and its mission to make intelligent agents ubiquitous — your ability to engage with prospects and customers in person will be crucial to deepening their relationship with the LangChain platform. You will also gather feedback from attendees to continuously improve future events and ensure they meet the needs of the developer community.

LangChain offers competitive compensation that includes a base salary ranging from $155,000 to $180,000, along with meaningful equity and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance.
