You'll leverage tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator to manage the sales cycle effectively. This role requires 5+ years of field sales experience.
You have over 5 years of quota-carrying field sales experience, demonstrating a strong track record in driving revenue growth and managing customer relationships. You excel in prospecting and have a knack for engaging with CTOs, Engineering, and IT leaders to understand their needs and challenges. Your experience includes managing the full sales cycle for technology products and services, ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.
You are skilled in developing and executing strategic territory plans that align with revenue targets. Your ability to collaborate with sales ecosystems and drive initiatives is complemented by your proficiency in using sales tools like Salesforce and Clari. You thrive in a hybrid working environment, balancing in-person collaboration with remote productivity.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with developer data platforms, is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are a proactive communicator, eager to provide feedback and contribute to team success.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in MongoDB's growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base. Your responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle for all MongoDB products and services, from prospecting to closing deals.
