ML Engineer

Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning with experience in managing end-to-end ML initiatives — from problem definition to deployment and monitoring. You are comfortable working independently and have a proven track record of mentoring junior team members to help them grow in their careers.

Your expertise includes leading the design, development, and deployment of ML pipelines and production-ready models — you understand the intricacies of managing the entire ML lifecycle, including data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.

You are familiar with MLOps workflows and have hands-on experience using tools like MLflow and Airflow — your ability to drive the adoption of ML solutions at scale is a key asset.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with cross-functional teams to implement innovative ML solutions that meet business needs — your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with various machine learning frameworks and libraries. You are always eager to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning.

What you'll do
