You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup — you have a demonstrated track record of exceeding your quota and enjoy closing deals that deliver real value to businesses. You are solutions-oriented, recognizing objections and helping customers see the value in our product regardless of their knowledge of the retirement industry. Your extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. What you'll do

In this role, you will work full cycle deals from demo completion to close — this involves researching and targeting companies using various prospecting tools to build and manage a robust sales pipeline. You will learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers, showcasing how our solutions can meet their needs. Negotiating contracts will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that both parties find common ground and satisfaction in the agreements made. You will also record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date. Successfully utilizing all sales tech tools will be essential to streamline your workflow and enhance productivity.
