Tanium is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to provide legal support for sales, marketing, and operations teams. You'll assist in negotiating and creating end-user agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies. This role requires strong legal expertise and experience in contract management.
You have extensive experience in contract management, ideally with a focus on commercial agreements and legal compliance. Your background includes negotiating and drafting various types of contracts, including software licenses and service agreements. You are comfortable working autonomously and making decisions regarding contractual positions, particularly in relation to data privacy and liability terms. You possess strong analytical skills to identify potential legal issues and provide sound advice to internal teams. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to drive business objectives. You are detail-oriented and have a thorough understanding of corporate policies and legal frameworks that govern contractual agreements.
In this role, you will draft, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, ensuring they align with corporate guidelines and legal standards. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of Contracts to provide legal support for the Americas region, advising on various contractual matters and guiding international teams on compliance issues. Your responsibilities will include reviewing agreements for intellectual property concerns and revenue recognition issues, as well as ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. You will also be involved in training and advising internal stakeholders on best practices for contract management and compliance. Your role will require you to stay updated on legal developments that may impact the company's contractual obligations and to proactively address any potential risks.
