You'll leverage your technical background and analytical skills to engage with CXOs and software developers. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and experience in cloud services.
You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for startups, with a proven track record in account management or business development. Your technical background enables you to engage effectively with CXOs, software developers, and IT architects, ensuring that you can drive meaningful conversations about cloud services. You thrive in environments that are often ambiguous and fast-paced, demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your communication and presentation abilities are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. You understand the unique challenges faced by early and growth-stage startups and are committed to their success.
Experience in cloud computing or familiarity with AWS services is a plus, as is a background in working with startups or in a technology-focused environment. A strong network within the startup ecosystem in India can also be beneficial.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and user adoption among high-potential startups in India. You will work closely with business development, marketing, solution architecture, and partner teams to execute strategies that position AWS as the preferred cloud provider. Your responsibilities will include ensuring customer success by guiding startups through their cloud journey, from initial engagement to ongoing support. You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine your approach and identify new opportunities for growth. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with various teams to address the needs of startups and help them leverage AWS services effectively. You will also be expected to track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
