We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to help revolutionize how our teams access, understand, and act on critical operational information across one of the world's largest transportation networks.
In this role, you'll drive the implementation of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities across our network. Working alongside scientists, engineers, and product leaders, you'll shape how our organization uses AI to unlock insights from vast amounts of operational information. The person in this role will have a passion for innovation and the ability to drive complex programs that bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical business solutions. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of AI, experience in scaling programs across a global organization, and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in technology.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Drive the technical implementation strategy while working closely with science and engineering teams, ensuring successful integration with existing systems and processes
• Create and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of AI solutions across the organization
• Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to measure and communicate program impact to senior leadership
• Lead regular program reviews and status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
• Build and maintain program documentation, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and best practices
• Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to identify new opportunities for the integration of AI solutions- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical applications in business contexts- PMP
- Experience integrating AI solutions and tools into business operations at scale

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
