Principal Product Manager - Celonis Data Core

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of the Process Query Engine, a critical component of the Celonis Platform that enhances process intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure that the PQE meets the needs of users across various industries. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights that inform product enhancements, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of new features. You will manage the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on user feedback and business goals. Additionally, you will work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of the PQE to potential customers. Your role will also involve mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring that Celonis remains at the forefront of process intelligence technology.
