You are a graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. You possess strong execution skills and are action-oriented, always looking for ways to get things done efficiently, even with limited resources. You thrive under pressure and can navigate ambiguous situations, coming up with effective solutions as challenges arise. Your people management skills are well-developed, allowing you to lead and motivate your team effectively. You are comfortable with reading, writing, and communicating in English, and you have proficiency in MS Excel, which you use to analyze data and drive operational improvements.
As a Team Lead at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing daily operations at either one large site or a combination of smaller sites. Your role will involve executing inbound and outbound operations while ensuring that customer-facing metrics are met. You will maintain cost targets and uphold the safety and morale of your team.
