Flex is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand their presence in the rental real estate sector. You'll engage with high-value enterprise accounts and develop long-term partnerships. This role requires a strong background in enterprise sales and managing complex sales cycles.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a senior-level sales position. You excel at engaging and closing high-value accounts, demonstrating a history of exceeding revenue targets. Your ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with executive stakeholders sets you apart. You are motivated by the opportunity to drive growth in a dynamic FinTech environment and are passionate about empowering renters with flexible payment solutions.
Experience in the rental real estate sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by renters today. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams to ensure customer success and are adept at negotiating and executing contracts. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify and target key enterprise accounts effectively.
As a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Flex, you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation and closing. You will identify and engage key enterprise accounts within the rental real estate industry, driving revenue growth and expanding Flex's market presence. Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives will be a critical part of your role, as you work to develop long-term strategic partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to address client needs and challenges.
You will also be responsible for tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress towards revenue targets. Your insights will help shape the sales strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Flex and its innovative rent payment solutions, further establishing the company's reputation in the market.
