Overview

Databricks is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to amplify customer success stories and support marketing initiatives in the APJ region. You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance customer advocacy and drive impactful programs. This role requires strong storytelling and relationship-building skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are detail-oriented and motivated, with a passion for storytelling that brings customer success stories to life. Your ability to build relationships across teams is crucial, as you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to deepen customer advocacy and support high-impact programs. You thrive in a high-growth environment and are excited about the opportunity to elevate Databricks’ brand across the APJ region.

Desirable

Experience in managing customer advocacy programs and creating compelling content such as case studies, blogs, and videos is a plus. Familiarity with event support and logistics coordination will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer-centric marketing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the creation of customer stories, coordinating interviews and gathering approvals to produce engaging content that showcases customer achievements. You will help manage regional customer reference requests, ensuring timely responses and maintaining tracking systems. Your support will extend to assisting with customer participation in APJ events, including speaking opportunities and logistics coordination. You will also draft social media posts and monitor customer engagement to amplify their voices across digital platforms.
