Overview

Carta is seeking a Support Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for their European client base. You'll address inbound requests and inquiries, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

You are a proactive communicator who thrives in a client-facing role. With a knack for problem-solving, you enjoy addressing inquiries and providing solutions to clients. Your ability to articulate complex information clearly makes you an asset in any interaction, especially when dealing with C-level executives and other stakeholders. You understand the importance of maintaining a positive relationship with clients and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while ensuring each client feels valued and heard.

Desirable

Experience in a support role or customer service environment is a plus, as is familiarity with software solutions in the finance or investment sectors. You are eager to learn about Carta's platform and the private capital markets, which will enable you to provide informed assistance to clients. A background in finance or technology can enhance your ability to understand client needs and provide tailored support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Carta's clients in Europe, addressing their inquiries and requests via email. You will work closely with various teams within Carta to ensure that client issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications, documenting inquiries, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
