Who you are

You are a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the NYC Metro region. With a strong work ethic and relentless drive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You demonstrate ownership of your territory and execute with precision and urgency, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue targets.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with senior sales leadership, channel partners, and cross-functional teams. You are adept at driving value-based sales engagements that address complex IT and security challenges for major customers. Your experience includes developing and executing comprehensive regional strategies that deliver significant pipeline growth relative to quota.

You are familiar with value-based selling methodologies and frameworks such as MEDDPIC, ensuring that you align business value with customer needs. You maintain high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari, consistently posting insightful updates and strategic next steps for all active opportunities. Your forecasting is accurate and timely, with realistic close dates that reflect your understanding of the sales cycle.

Desirable

Experience in building and nurturing strong channel and security/IT vendor partnerships is a plus, as is familiarity with the enterprise sales landscape. You are comfortable operating with a bias for action and focus on measurable outcomes, holding yourself accountable to activity goals and performance benchmarks.

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead enterprise sales efforts within the NYC Metro region, targeting large organizations with over 2,000 employees. You will develop and execute a comprehensive regional strategy designed to deliver a 4x pipeline relative to your quota. Your responsibilities will include qualifying and advancing opportunities using value-based selling methodologies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business value.

You will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and channel partners to drive sales engagements that solve complex IT and security challenges. Building and nurturing strong partnerships with security and IT vendors will be essential to accelerating growth in your territory. You will maintain high-quality hygiene in Salesforce and Clari, ensuring that all active opportunities have clear, strategic next steps and up-to-date MEDDPIC criteria.

Your role will require you to operate with a bias for action, focusing on measurable outcomes and holding yourself accountable to activity goals and performance benchmarks.
