You'll work with Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to support marketing and sales efforts. This role requires 3+ years of professional design experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you've honed your skills in creating visually engaging content. Your strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, allows you to produce polished, on-brand presentations and collateral that resonate with diverse audiences. You are proficient in video editing and motion graphics, utilizing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro to enhance digital marketing efforts. Your advanced presentation design skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides enable you to craft compelling decks that effectively communicate complex information. You possess a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, ensuring that every piece of content you create is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and clear. You are AI-savvy, leveraging technology to streamline your design process and enhance your creative output.

Desirable

Experience with motion graphics or data visualization is a plus, as is familiarity with collaborative design tools like Figma. You have a background in B2B or data-driven storytelling, which helps you translate intricate data into accessible visual narratives. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with marketing, product, and subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design polished, on-brand presentations and decks, collateral, and videos for sales, marketing, leadership, and client audiences. You will create video and motion graphics for digital marketing, social media, events, and internal communications, turning complex information into clear, visually engaging stories. Maintaining consistency with AccuWeather’s brand standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the company's identity. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality design work that supports the company's goals. Your ability to take feedback and communicate design decisions clearly will be essential as you work to refine your designs and meet the expectations of your stakeholders.

What we offer

AccuWeather offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $55K to $75K. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the way complex weather data is communicated to the public. The company is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Join AccuWeather and be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and innovation in the field of design.
