You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the B2B sector, with at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. You are skilled in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration and innovation. You understand the nuances of the mid-market landscape and have experience working with diverse industries, including SaaS and finance. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to position products effectively and drive engagement with potential clients. You are a strong communicator and influencer, capable of inspiring teams and aligning cross-functional efforts to achieve business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or social media platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes. A background in managing remote teams can also be beneficial, given the flexibility of this role.
