Overview

Uber is hiring an Account Executive in Culiacan to expand Uber Eats' restaurant selection by acquiring high-quality SMB partners. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage the sales funnel effectively.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing accounts and negotiating deals. Your analytical skills allow you to identify high-potential restaurants and balance quality with volume in competitive markets. You are disciplined and strategic, focusing on building relationships rather than just closing deals. You thrive in a field-based role and are willing to travel as needed to meet clients and drive business growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality sales funnel. You will independently design your weekly funnel construction plan to consistently close around 20 restaurants per month. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, qualifying, and prioritizing restaurants based on geo insights and competitive dynamics. You will lead complex negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, ensuring that deals move forward with speed and clarity. You will also engage in early-life follow-up to ensure that merchants activate successfully and remain engaged from day one.
