Overview

Clutch is seeking a Training Program & Content Development Specialist to design and implement training programs across the business. This role requires experience in manufacturing environments and focuses on program architecture and content development.

Who you are

You are a Learning & Development professional with a strong background in designing and implementing training programs, particularly in manufacturing environments. You excel at creating repeatable frameworks and have a knack for coaching internal trainers to ensure consistent delivery of training across various teams and shifts. Your experience allows you to drive workforce development with a focus on quality and consistency, making you a valuable asset to any organization.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts. You understand the importance of aligning training initiatives with business goals and are adept at assessing training needs to develop impactful content. Your ability to adapt training materials for different audiences ensures that all employees receive the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their roles.

You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. Your proactive approach to problem-solving allows you to identify areas for improvement in training processes and implement solutions that enhance learning outcomes. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling training programs that meet the needs of Clutch's diverse workforce. You will work closely with various teams to identify training gaps and develop content that addresses these needs. Your focus will be on creating a structured approach to training that ensures consistency and quality across all levels of the organization.

You will lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, equipping internal trainers with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver effective training. Your expertise in program architecture will help you develop frameworks that can be easily replicated across different teams and shifts, ensuring that all employees receive the same high-quality training experience.

You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will create engaging and informative training materials that resonate with employees and enhance their skills.

Your role will involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table. You will contribute to a culture of continuous learning at Clutch, encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional development.
