Algolia is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical success and support the sales team in delivering AI Search solutions. This role requires collaboration with account executives and a focus on customer adoption and best practices.
You have a strong background in technical sales or solutions engineering, ideally with experience in SaaS environments. You understand the importance of delivering technical wins and product fit for customers, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with sales and solutions teams. You are comfortable engaging with developers and product teams, helping them connect their users with powerful search experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that drive engagement and success. You are open to working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a market-leading platform.
Experience with search technologies or AI-driven solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with programming languages or development frameworks can enhance your ability to connect with technical teams. A background in customer success or technical account management can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
