You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the banking sector, and understand the nuances of managing large enterprise accounts. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will serve as their strategic partner and trusted advisor. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity, ensuring that customer needs are always at the forefront of your efforts. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with technical, operational, and executive audiences. Experience in business identity verification or fintech is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the industry. Familiarity with customer success strategies and a data-driven mindset will enhance your ability to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Middesk’s largest accounts within the banking sector. You will ensure customer happiness and growth by developing a deep understanding of their business needs and working closely with them to create joint strategies that benefit both parties. Regular engagement with your customers will be essential, as you will uncover, negotiate, and close new opportunities that drive value for both customers and Middesk. You will collaborate with the Go-To-Market function to enhance customer satisfaction and product usage, advocating for customer needs to the Product teams to shape future product direction and development. Your role will involve strategic planning, relationship management, and continuous improvement of customer engagement processes.
