Your ability to connect and interact with diverse individuals makes you an excellent fit for this role. While project management experience is a plus, it is not a requirement for you to apply.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling a high volume of interviews for Stripe candidates globally, ensuring that the process is executed with speed and efficiency. You will work closely with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a stellar candidate experience throughout the interview process. Tracking candidate progress from initial contact through to offer acceptance will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other coordinators on cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve the overall recruitment process.
