Your strong analytical skills enable you to monitor and manage KPIs effectively, driving partner success across all U.S. regions.

Desirable

Experience in CNC, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, Additive, or Finishing manufacturing categories would be a plus. Familiarity with ITAR, JCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications is also desirable, as is a proven track record of achieving partner satisfaction and retention metrics.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Management at Xometry, you will own the partner lifecycle for the CNC manufacturing category across all U.S. regions. You will develop and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, activate, and retain high-quality partners, ensuring they meet the company's success targets. Your role will involve defining and enforcing category-specific playbooks, processes, and standards to maintain compliance and quality across the partner network.

You will monitor and manage key performance indicators, including partner acquisition, activation rates, quality, on-time shipping, and retention. Collaborating with central functions, you will standardize training, tools, and reporting to enhance partner performance. Your leadership will guide regional teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices that drive partner success.

In addition, you will act as a subject-matter expert on category-specific manufacturing processes, trends, and market dynamics, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Your ability to mentor and guide teams will be crucial in achieving high partner satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.
