What you'll do

In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis function by coordinating updates to the company forecast model. This includes detailed bookings, revenue, and commissions forecasts that are critical for the organization’s financial health. You will work closely with the Sales Operations and Commissions teams to develop and evaluate annual sales compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

You will deliver regular insights on sales productivity and commissions for each sales segment, helping to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Conducting ad-hoc analyses and building financial models will be key responsibilities, guiding leaders towards efficient operating strategies and resource allocation.

Your role will also involve assisting in the preparation of financial reports that provide visibility into the company’s performance. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that financial insights are integrated into strategic business initiatives, enabling better decision-making across the organization.
