You have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in go-to-market roles, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can experiment with innovative recruitment strategies. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand the needs of revenue-driving functions, and you possess a candidate-first mindset that prioritizes the experience of potential hires. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your strategies and optimize the recruitment process at every stage. You enjoy storytelling and can effectively communicate Sentry's mission and values to attract top talent. Experience in a tech company or startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with performance and error monitoring tools.
