Ivalua is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the delivery of cloud-based procurement solutions. You'll manage a team focused on high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in leading professional services teams, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Your experience includes managing complex projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. You understand the importance of digital transformation in supply chain management and are passionate about driving change in organizations. You possess excellent leadership skills and are adept at fostering a collaborative team environment. You are committed to continuous improvement and have a strategic mindset that aligns with business goals. You are a US Person (US citizen or permanent resident) due to legal requirements for client engagements.

Ivalua offers a competitive salary range of $127,500 to $212,500, along with an annual target bonus based on individual and company performance.
