You are a trusted advisor, capable of understanding complex customer challenges and providing innovative solutions that drive growth and adoption.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with internal teams at AWS ensures that customer feedback is integrated into service improvements.
