Job Description

We are seeking a Go-to-Market Business Development Manager to drive customer engagement strategies and business growth in Japan and Korea. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing customer engagement events, campaigns, and initiatives that accelerate Amazon Web Services (AWS)'s presence in these countries.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with regional business objectives
- Lead the planning and implementation of customer-facing events, including workshops, seminars, and executive roundtables
- Develop targeted campaigns that resonate with local market needs and cultural nuances
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and specialist teams to ensure consistent messaging and optimal customer experience
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure successful execution of events
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives
- Create and manage program budgets while ensuring ROI targets are met

- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in building and managing events
- Speak, write, and read fluently in both of Japanese and English- Experience in business development and/or marketing and understanding of event/campaign metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
