As a Senior Category Manager, you'll be deciphering our customers' ever-evolving needs and shaping cutting-edge solutions that elevate their experience with Amazon.

We're seeking someone who thrives on ambiguity, harnessing their first-principle problem-solving skills to drive impactful outcomes. Your ability to cultivate a customer-centric mindset, coupled with a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking, will be instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of our initiative.

A successful candidate will possess:

Impeccable attention to detail, adept at juggling multiple projects and priorities with finesse.
Strategic acumen paired with a methodical execution approach, ensuring every move is deliberate and impactful.
A knack for thriving in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, where adaptability is key.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and develop compelling business cases.
Clear and compelling communication skills, capable of articulating data insights to diverse stakeholders.
A proven track record of diving deep into product understanding, business dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Key job responsibilities
From selection optimization to sourcing strategies, network design, transshipment planning, demand forecasting, S&OP forecasting, in-stock management, and supply chain planning – you'll be orchestrating a symphony of workstreams that cut across functions.

Join us on this exhilarating journey and be a catalyst for change in the world of grocery e-commerce.- 6+ years of sales experience
- 8+ years of digital sales, account management, business development, or partner management experience
- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience managing and growing complex business relationship at scale- Experience personally closing large complex deals end-to-end
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs
