What you'll do

As the Auto Body Team Lead, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will oversee daily activities, set production targets, and work closely with your team to achieve these goals. Your role will involve engaging with team members, providing coaching, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring that the team operates smoothly and effectively.
